What we collect

Visiting the site: your browser sends an IP address and user agent, which our server logs for security and rate limiting. We store the search terms typed into our own search box (without linking them to you) because empty searches tell us which collections to build next.

Contacting us: the name, email address and message you submit, kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Signing in (staff and members): email address, a hashed password, and the time and IP of the last login.

Cookies and third parties

We set a session cookie only when you sign in, and store your light/dark preference in your browser's local storage — that never reaches our server. Advertising and analytics providers may set their own cookies; see our cookie policy.

Advertising

This site displays ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits here and elsewhere. You can control personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
